Shirley's Workshops

After a busy start to the day, seeing John off on his fishing trip, Emma to her conference, me to various appointments, it was nice to settle down at Shirley's for an afternoon of crafting after an enthusiastic welcome from Twiggy! We made three lovely cards, chatted lots - we never seem short of conversation!!! I mentioned I was going home to make mother's day cards and  well that set us off again and I made two lovely mother's day cards as well which I will share with you in another post.
Tonight saw us visiting Koorong a Christian Bookshop for Emma to get some books and resources to use for her Christian Studies class - a beautiful shop with a coffee lounge and gift shop all in one.

If you would like to take a look at Shirley's blog for some great cards please follow the link here.

Hi Jane ..It was a fabulous afternoon and we did enjoy our papercraft therapy .
I think I liked the non traditional coloured Christmas card the best .
Seems like Emma is settling into her new job and it must be nice to have her home again for a while .
See you again soon .hugs Shirley-Anne
